No overselling, no guesswork — just a Air Conditioning Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Emergency dispatch available across Taberg and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
We're not interested in being the cheapest quote on the page — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, big or small.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Taberg is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Taberg homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
Every service below is backed by the same licensing, warranty, and upfront pricing you get on any job we run.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Taberg dispatch team prioritizes no-heat and no-cooling calls so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Taberg homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
Not every repair call ends in a repair — sometimes the honest recommendation is a properly sized replacement. We walk Taberg homeowners through efficiency ratings and how they translate into real monthly savings before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
Commercial equipment operates differently than a residential unit, and it needs technicians who actually understand rooftop packages and multi-zone systems. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Taberg, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
Property managers working with multiple Taberg locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
Most emergency breakdowns start as a small, ignorable warning sign months earlier. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle indoor air quality upgrades for homes with allergy or asthma concerns for Taberg households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Taberg get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
Emergency dispatch never comes with a hidden surcharge sprung on you after the fact.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your Taberg address.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
This is one of the most common complaints we hear on service calls across Taberg.
Gradual efficiency loss is easy to miss month to month, but it adds up fast over a season.
This is one of the warning signs we recommend not waiting on.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Emergency calls get moved to the front of the line automatically.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
Our techs recognize brand-specific quirks instead of learning your system on the job.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
A snapshot of the feedback that keeps us accountable.
"The furnace stopped working overnight and someone was at our door before 9am. Fixed on the first visit and explained everything in terms I could actually understand."
"Signed up for the annual plan after our first repair and it's paid for itself already. You can tell these guys actually know what they're doing."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. Would recommend to anyone in Taberg needing a real replacement, not a patch job."
"Commercial dispatch was quick and the tech understood our system without needing to be walked through it. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"The estimate matched the final invoice exactly, down to the dollar. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. Genuinely relieved to have found a crew that answers when it matters."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
We also service package units common on manufactured and modular homes throughout the Taberg area. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Every tech on our Taberg roster goes through background checks, licensing verification, and ongoing manufacturer training.
Manufacturer-certified across multiple major residential equipment lines.
Runs point on overnight and weekend emergency calls throughout Taberg.
Experienced with the light industrial and retail equipment common across the area.
Standard appointments are usually scheduled within 24-48 hours, while true emergencies jump the queue.
Our policy is simple: you approve the number before we touch the system.
We staff after-hours dispatch specifically because HVAC failures rarely happen on a convenient schedule.
We maintain current credentials because it protects both our customers and our team.
Our technicians walk you through the actual numbers — repair cost versus remaining system life versus new equipment efficiency — before making a recommendation.
Plan members typically see fewer surprise breakdowns because small issues get caught during routine visits.
If you're unsure whether your address falls in our service area, a quick call to +1-866-805-8548 will confirm it.
Yes, we run separate residential and commercial divisions, both fully licensed and equipped for their respective equipment.
Our technicians are trained across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, not limited to a single manufacturer.
Ask about financing during your in-home estimate to see what fits your situation.
Twice-yearly maintenance is the standard we recommend given the temperature swings the area sees.
Beyond basic safety checks, it's best to leave diagnosis to a licensed technician rather than attempting a repair yourself.
We'd rather quote it honestly on the phone than have you feel ambushed by the bill.
Straightforward fixes like a capacitor swap or a thermostat replacement are often finished in well under an hour.
For commercial accounts or rental properties, a designated point of contact or property manager can coordinate access instead.
Housing stock varies a lot across Taberg — older homes often still run original ductwork that needs different care than the sealed, high-efficiency systems going into newer builds.
Larger properties get the same upfront pricing and licensed technicians as a single-family service call, just coordinated at scale.
We accept standard payment methods for repairs and smaller jobs, and we'll always tell you upfront what a given service is likely to cost so there's no last-minute scramble to figure out payment. If a rebate or local incentive program applies to your Taberg installation, our technicians will flag it during the estimate rather than leaving you to track it down after the fact.
We dispatch throughout Taberg and the neighboring communities, keeping response times tight because our trucks stay close to home.
Coverage isn't limited to a single neighborhood or subdivision — our Taberg dispatch zone stretches across the metro area and into the surrounding suburbs and unincorporated communities.
